🎨 Private Party Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Paint Palate for your private paint party! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking. By submitting a reservation and payment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
📌 General Terms (Applies to All Private Parties)
  • Adult private parties include 3 hours of studio time. Kid parties include 2 hours of studio time.

  • Food and beverages are welcome. BYOB is allowed for guests age 21 and over.

  • Music and karaoke are available as optional entertainment.

  • A confirmation email with your selected date, time, and canvas size will be sent after booking.

  • Aprons are provided, but guests are encouraged to dress appropriately. Paint may stain clothing.

  • The Paint Palate is not responsible for personal injury, damaged clothing, lost items, or accidents on the premises.

🧾 Pay-Per-Guest Reservation
  • A 10-guest minimum is required.

  • A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This amount goes toward your total.

  • Pricing:

    • $35 per guest for 12x16 canvas

    • $45 per guest for 16x20 canvas

  • The host selects one canvas size and painting for the group.

  • Final headcount and full balance are due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Additional time (beyond 3 hours) must be requested in advance and is available for $50 per hour.

🎁 Party Packages (No Deposit Required)
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Includes up to 3 hours of studio time, materials, and guided painting session.

  • Package Options:

    • 5 Guests: $225 (12x16) or $275 (16x20)

    • 8 Guests: $320 (12x16) or $400 (16x20)

  • Host selects one painting and canvas size for the group. Packages are fixed — no substitutions or guest add-ons.

🧒 Kids Private Paint Parties
  • Designed for children ages 5–12.

  • Flat rate: $250 for up to 10 children.

  • Includes:

    • 2 hours of studio time

    • Guided, step-by-step painting lesson

    • All supplies and materials

    • Complimentary juice and snacks

  • Parents may bring additional food, cake, and decorations.

  • No running, rough play, or disruptive behavior is permitted.

  • At least one adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party.

  • Please notify us of any allergies in advance.

📸 Photo & Video Policy (Guest & Staff Privacy)

We respect the privacy of all guests and staff.

  • Guests are not permitted to take photos or videos of other guests or staff without explicit consent.

  • Staff may only take photos or videos with prior permission from participants.

  • If you or your group prefers not to be photographed, please let staff know before your event begins.

🎥 Photo/Video Add-On (Optional)

Want to capture your paint party memories?

  • Add-On Fee: $25

  • Includes event photography and video taken by staff

  • Use of a themed backdrop for group photos

  • Light posing guidance and action shots

  • Photos and short clips delivered digitally

📸 Complimentary group photos or short videos (without backdrop) can be requested at no charge. Just ask your host!

🍷 Alcohol & Behavior Policy
  • BYOB is allowed for guests 21 and over.

  • No open containers may leave the premises under any circumstance.

  • All alcoholic beverages must remain inside the studio during the event.

  • Guests must drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the studio.

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Parties may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Rescheduled events must be held within 60 days of the original date.

  • Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit or payment.
