How to Book a Private Event 

(Two Options)

(Either Pay-Per Guest Reservation or Purchase a Party Package)

✅Option 1: Pay-Per-Guest Reservation

Perfect for birthdays, casual events, or when guests are paying individually.

 

  • $125 non-refundable deposit required to book
  • ​$35 per guest (12x16 canvas)
  • $45 per guest (16x20 canvas)
  •  Minimum of 10 guests required

Note: If fewer than 10 guests attend, the host must cover the remaining balance to meet the minimum.
Final guest count and total balance is due 7 days before the event.

Kids Private Party Package
    (10-Guest Minimum)

  • $250  (11x14 canvas)
  • Minimum of 10 children required
  • Full payment due at booking
  • Add kid- $25 per child
Note: If fewer than 10 children attend, the host must pay the balance to meet the 10-guest minimum.

  • All painting supplies (pre-drawn or guided)
  • 11x14 canvas to take home
  • Instructor-led step-by-step painting
  • Aprons, brushes, water cups, easels
  • Up to 2 hours of creative fun
  • Light background music and time for cupcakes/snacks
  • Setup and cleanup included

Important Private Party Policies 

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
  • The $125 deposit for Pay-Per-Guest reservations is non-refundable and applied toward your final balance.
  • Party Packages require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking.
  • Optional Photo Upgrade (greenery backdrop + decor) is available for $25 and must be selected at booking or added prior to the event.
  • Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
  • Outside photography and video recording are not permitted without prior consent.
  • Our staff will kindly assist with event photography if permission is granted.
  • Children under 7 years old are not permitted for safety and setup reasons.
  • All guests must agree to our terms and conditions during booking.

🧾 Booking & Payment Policies

  • Pay-Per-Guest Reservations require a $125 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee to secure your date.
    ✔️ This fee is applied toward your total balance but is not refundable under any circumstance.
  • Party Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking; no deposit is required.
  • Final guest payments (for Pay-Per-Guest bookings) are due one week before the event.
  • Accepted payment methods: Square, PayPal, or Cash (with prior arrangement).

 📸 Photo & Video Policy

  • Recording of classes or painting sessions is strictly prohibited without permission from the general manager or a staff member. This includes all video, audio, and image capturing devices.
  • Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of others. Before photographing or filming anyone, you must obtain verbal consent from that individual.
  • Complimentary Photos: Our staff will gladly take a few group photos or action shots using your phone or ours at no additional charge.
  • Premium Photo Add-On: For professional-style photos in front of our greenery backdrop with The Paint Palate lighting, the host may purchase a Photo Add-On for $25.
    • Must be reserved in advance
    • Includes group photos taken by staff and delivered digitally
    • Great for social sharing and keepsakes!
