Service Description
A $125 Non-refundable Feservation fee is required to secure your event date and is applied to your final event balance. Parties require a 10 guest minimum. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event. Celebrate with creativity, music, and fun with "The Paint Palate!" This private paint party experience includes guided painting instruction, pre-drawn canvases, (optional blank canvases available), paint supplies, aprons, music, karaoke and a fun creative experience for all guests. You may bring your own food, beverages and decorations. BYOB is permitted in studio for guests 21+ (Wine and Beer Only) Consult with our staff for decorations. Available as an in-studio or mobile paint party. Mobile parties must provide adequate space, tables, and seating for all participants. Additonal travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Reservations are nonrefundable, but may be transferred to a new date if scheduled according to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Pay-Per-Guest Terms and Conditions Reservation, Minimum Requirement & Payment: A minimum of 10 paying guests is required to reserve a private paint party under the Pay-Per-Guest option. A $125 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your date and time. This fee is applied to your final balance. A custom payment link will be provided for your guests. Each guest must submit payment no later than 7 days before the scheduled event. The host is responsible for ensuring the 10-guest minimum is met. If fewer than 10 guests pay by the deadline, the host may either: Upgrade to a 5- or 8-guest party package, or Pay the remaining balance to meet the minimum Refund & Rescheduling Reservation fee is non-refundable. Guest payments are also non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 7 days’ advance notice. Rescheduled events must occur within 60 days of the original date. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit all payments Canvas Size & Pricing The host will choose one canvas size for the entire group: $35 per guest for 12x16 canvas $45 per guest for 16x20 canvas What’s Included Your private party includes up to 3 hours of studio time, step-by-step painting instruction, karaoke/music, and complimentary staff-taken photos. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Optional Add-Ons: Add-ons must be requested and confirmed in advance: Extra hour of studio time – $50 Photos/videos & Backdrop package – $25 Add-ons are billed separately. Photo & Video Policy: To protect guest privacy, no photos or videos may be taken of other guests or staff without explicit consent. Complimentary photos by staff are available upon request. The optional $25 add-on includes backdrop and edited digital images. Alcohol Policy: This is a BYOB event for guests age 21 and older. Beer, wine, and wine coolers are permitted. No hard liquor allowed. Open containers must remain at the guest’s table and may not be passed around. Disorderly conduct may result in removal from the event. Other Policies: No smoking allowed on the premises Aprons are provided, but The Paint Palate is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
