Deposit & Payment
A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private party booking for Pay-Per-Guest Reservations.
The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of the event.
Paint Party Packages & Minimum Guest Requirements
Pay-Per-Guest option requires a 10-guest minimum.
Party Packages (5 or 8 guests) are available at set rates.
Party Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 60 days (based on availability).
Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the full deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed once (within 60 days for party packages).
Food, Beverages & BYOB
Guests may bring their own food and beverages.
Wine and beer are allowed; hard liquor is not permitted.
Alcohol consumption is allowed for ages 21+ only.
Food tables and wine glasses are provided by The Paint Palate.
The Paint Palate is not responsible for accidents or incidents related to alcohol consumption.
Party Time
Adult private parties include 3 hours of studio time.
Children’s parties include 2 hours of studio time.
Additional time may be added for $60 per extra hour (must be scheduled in advance).
Photo/Video Policy
Karaoke & Music
Karaoke is available and must be used responsibly.
Loud, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Behavior & Conduct Policy
Respectful Conduct: All guests are expected to act respectfully toward staff, instructors, and fellow participants. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Alcohol Use: Wine and beer are permitted. No hard liquor is allowed. Guests must drink responsibly. Anyone who appears overly intoxicated and disrupts the event may be asked to leave without refund.
Harassment-Free Zone: Harassment, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests is strictly prohibited.
Care of Property: Guests are responsible for any intentional damage to studio property, furniture, equipment, or art supplies.
Noise & Music: Karaoke and music are welcomed, but volume must remain appropriate for a group setting. Guests are asked to respect the guidelines of the host.
By booking and attending a private party at The Paint Palate, all guests agree to follow this Behavior & Conduct Policy. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. It is the responsibility of the person booking the event to inform all guest of The Paint Palate policies.
Liability Waiver
By participating, you release The Paint Palate and staff from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during your event.
You accept responsibility for the actions of your guests.
