Service Description
Gather your group and enjoy a private paint party for up to 8 guests! This package includes all painting supplies, step-by-step instruction, music, and karaoke. Ideal for celebrations of all kinds. Bring your own food and drinks, and choose between a studio or mobile party experience. Optional add-ons like photo backdrops and extra time available.
8 Guests Party Package Terms and Conditions Refund /Cancellation Policy: Party packages are nonrefundable, but can be rescheduled with a 7 day advance notice. In this case, host will have 60 days to reschedule event. Full payment is required at booking. No reservation fee is needed. The package includes up to 8 guests. Extra guests may be added at a cost of $40 per guest for 12x16 canvas and $50 for 16x20 canvas. Please book a Pay-Per-Guest party if your group is larger. A confirmation email will be sent after booking, which includes: Event date and time, Selected canvas size, Painting theme (if selected), Location details (studio or mobile) What’s Included: All art materials, aprons, 3 hours of party time, Karaoke/music, 30-minute host setup time, Complimentary group photo (optional $25 backdrop photo/video add-on) For mobile parties, the host must provide the event address and confirm setup access. Food and beverages are welcome. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is allowed for guests age 21+. Guests must bring their own alcohol; The Paint Palate does not serve or supply it. All alcohol must be consumed responsibly. The host accepts full responsibility for the behavior and safety of guests consuming alcohol. No open alcohol containers are to leave the premises. Clothing Policy: Wear paint-safe clothing. Aprons are provided, but The Paint Palate is not responsible for any clothing damage. Photo/Video Policy: Guests’ privacy is important. No photo or video recording without verbal consent. Group photos included. Optional $25 backdrop photos/videos package available. No Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping indoors or at mobile painting tables. Behavior Policy: All guests must behave respectfully. Disruptive or intoxicated behavior will lead to immediate removal without refund. Liability Waiver: Participants attend at their own risk. The Paint Palate is not responsible for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or damaged/lost belongings. By booking a party package, you agree to all terms, policies, and conditions outlined above.
