5 Guest Party Package Terms and Conditions 🔁 Refund & Rescheduling Policy All sales are final. No refunds. If you need to reschedule, 7 days’ notice is required One-time rescheduling is allowed within 60 days of your original date, based on availability Missed or late-notice cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment 🎉 What’s Included Private paint party for up to 5 guests Choice of 12x16 canvas ($225) or 16x20 canvas ($275) All painting materials included Music and karaoke provided 3 hours of studio time (includes painting and social time) You may bring your own food, drinks, and decorations 💰 Payment & Reservation Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time This package does not require an additional deposit — payment confirms your party Add additional guest for $45 for 12x16 canvas and $50 for 16x20 📸 Photo & Video Policy Guests may not take photos or videos of other guests or staff without explicit permission Add-on available: $25 for staff-taken photos/videos with a decorative backdrop Complimentary photos/videos may be requested 🍷 Alcohol Policy BYOB is allowed (wine, beer, wine coolers only) No open containers may leave the premises Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older Please drink responsibly 🧼 Dress Code Paint may stain — wear clothing you don’t mind getting messy Aprons are provided, but The Paint Palate is not responsible for stained clothing ⚠️ Liability Waiver The Paint Palate is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, paint damage, or lost items By booking, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms.
